Each courthouse keeps its own civil case files. But all records are searchable through the statewide online system at civilinquiry.jud.ct.gov. Court hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. Clerk offices are open during the same hours in Fairfield County.

How to Get Record Copies
